Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle processes refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
14-day refund window
Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date for any reason, and you'll get your money back in full.
How to request a refund
Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund. You can also email support@88thstreetrecords.com, and we will help.
After a refund
Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few days to show it. A refund ends your license to that plugin, and we may deactivate it in your iLok account.
Lite versions
Lite versions are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under your local consumer law.
