• Contact details.Your email address when you download a plugin or make a purchase, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
• Order details.Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes your payment and shares order details with us, such as your name, email address, country, product, and order number. Paddle holds your payment card details, and we do not receive them.
• License details.For full versions, PACE Anti-Piracy (iLok) processes the account and device information needed to activate your license.
• Support messages.Anything you send us when you ask for help.
• Technical data.IP address, browser, device type, and download logs collected by our hosting and delivery providers to run and secure the Site.

How we use it, and our legal basis

• To deliver downloads, licenses, and download emails (performance of a contract).
• To answer support requests (performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you).
• To send marketing emails if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To run, secure, and improve the Site and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• To meet tax, accounting, and legal duties (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers that help us run 88th Street:

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle's own privacy notice covers its processing.
• PACE Anti-Piracy (iLok) for license delivery and activation.
• Vercel for hosting the Site.
• Cloudflare for delivering downloads.
• Resend for sending download emails.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Marketing data stays until you unsubscribe. Order records stay as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@88thstreetrecords.com, and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Children

Our Site and Products are intended for people 16 and older, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
